yes and no
it needs to be the correct size (gauge)
it may come with all of the wiring (for after market radio), like power and ground wires, the remote wire, and your RCA cables. It should come with an in-line fuse holder and fuse
sometimes you need extra wire connectors, cable ties, and you may need a “line output converter” if your radio does not have RCA preamp outputs
